January Group Supervision 2022

Our 2nd Tuesday group is meeting January 11th at 1:00pm

Our 3rd Thursday group is meeting January 20th at 6am

Our 2nd Friday group is actually meeting the 4th Friday, on January 28th at 9:30am

Winter is here! and I’m sure many of you have already have experienced some snow, ice, wind and winter driving. Here’s to staying warm, staying safe, and also getting some time outside in the beautiful weather to embrace this season.

With the winter season comes reflection, introspection and planning into the next season. As professionals, having a space to reflect at least annually on our year is a great practice to aid in propelling our career forward and keeping our goals and what is most important to us, at the forefront.

You all will have received your form for reviewing the last year and planning into the new year, so spend some time with the questions and bring your thoughts and ideas to group supervision in January. Bring as much transparency to this exercise as possible - and if you’re willing, share with your colleagues when we meet - we often have similar hopes and struggles - knowing that we’re not alone can amplify our courage :)
