This an online transformational coaching program designed for people from all walks of life who know that passion for the work and compassion in your work is vital in leadership, and before you can truly serve at your highest level and create your greatest impact you have to reflect on how you relate to yourself. 

This leadership coaching approach will support you in elevating your communication skills through education, transformation, and practical application. This coaching approach is filled with mindset shifts, communication strategies, exercises, and other resources that will act as a tool kit for all your days to come. Along with one-on-one support and weekly group coaching calls (these are soooo much fun), this program will give you everything you need to rise up as the compassionate leader in your life, both personally and professionally.

Curriculum

 

1) Level the playing field - Learn Valuable Communication Tools and Techniques: 

Communicate effectively with your team, co-workers, clients, patients, friends, family, and even your partner—starting with yourself.

2) Navigate Tough Conversations With Confidence and Learn how to Truly Listen: 

Learn how to listen, acknowledge, validate, and respond with compassion during difficult conversations (without over-giving or under-giving or giving up).

3) Internal Dive - Learn how to Make your Work Introspective - Know The Distinct Difference Between Empathy, Sympathy, and Compassion:

Understand how these three will aid you in becoming a better connector, communicator, and effective leader or team member.

4) Addressing the Burnout - Creating Healthy Boundaries Without Compromising Quality Care & Service: 


Create a compassionate culture with clear expectations that improve productivity and collaboration without burning out or compromising your leadership.

5) Putting it All Together - Become a Passionate Compassionate Leader Even During Stressful Times:  

Learn how to embrace your strengths and your perceived weaknesses so you can empower the people around you to see their unique gifts and use them to elevate the team, the community, and the world. Lead by example in a way that inspires connection, loyalty, and longevity.
